Shipping/Delivery Policy
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. All shipping fees are calculated at check-out and are listed in the shopping cart prior to accepting the order.
Delivery Time: For in-stock items, from the time you place your order please allow 7-10 business days. Matrix Lighting Inc. will do its best to meet the above delivery time. Please note that the above is an estimate and is not a guarantee. All orders are subject to product availability.
Security Policy
We take precautions to protect our users' personal information. Your Matrix Lighting Inc. account is password protected so that only you can access it and view the member information contained in your account. All personal information transmitted via the Internet is encrypted and is protected with the industry-standard encryption protocol, Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All credit card numbers are encrypted before storage in our website database and are displayed with all but the final four digits obscured. We also take precautions to protect user information off-line. The servers on which we store our users' personal information are housed in a secure environment.
Return Policy
Products purchased from Matrix Lighting Inc. may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for replacement, credit or refund. If you request a replacement product because the product was damaged when you received it, Matrix Lighting Inc. will pay for all shipping charges in connection therewith. However, Matrix Lighting Inc. will not be liable for shipping charges if a replacement is requested for a product returned for any other reason. For purchases made by credit card, once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you may have made toward your purchase, unless you request a replacement.
