MATRIX LIGHTING, MANUFACTURER OF VIRIBRIGHT LED LAMPS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY:

Matrix Lighting, Inc (the “Manufacturer”) warrants to the original buyer, with proof of purchase and/or receipt (the “Buyer”) that each product manufactured and sold by Manufacturer (the “Product”) will be free from defects in the material and workmanship in its intended use (normal wear and tear excepted). This warranty covers Manufacturer’s LED products for a period of THREE YEARS from date of purchase.This warranty does not cover damage caused by tampering with or unauthorized use or abnormal stress of the product. Unauthorized use or abnormal use or stress includes operation or use of the product in an operating environment that exceeds the limitations specified in the Manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty applies to the Buyer.

4.5W Spotlight Instruction Sheet: CE 12V / CE 220V / UL

During the warranty period, the Manufacturer will, in its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product or defective part for the purchase price of the Product. For purposes of clarity, “repair or replace the Product or defective part” does not include removal and/or reinstallation costs or expenses. If Manufacturer chooses to replace the Product and is not able to do so because the Product is not available, Manufacturer may in its sole discretion replace the Product with a comparable product. Any claim under this warranty must be presented during the warranty period, and made by returning the bulb, with proof of purchase, register receipt and name and address to Customer Service, c/o Matrix Lighting Inc., 7811 Lemona Avenue, Van Nuys, CA 91405

Manufacturer will not be responsible for loss or damage to any Product which is a result of external causes; acts of God; power surges or failures; improper power supply; fault or negligence of the Buyer or user; improper or unauthorized use, installation, handling, storage, or alteration, or any cause other than a defect in the material or workmanship of the Product itself. This limited warranty applies to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of shipment of the repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MANUFACTURER’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT TO WHICH SUCH LIABILITY RELATES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE CONCERNING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS ALSO IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER POSSIBLE LIABILITIES OF MANUFACTURER, WHETHER ALLEGED TO ARISE BY AGREEMENT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, RESPECTING THE SALE, USE OR FUNCTION OF THE VIRIBRIGHT LED LIGHT BULB INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER TORT OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RESULTING OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGE.

Manufacturer reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or upgrade any Product of its manufacture with design improvements without prior notice.

This limited warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
