Refund policy

Return Policy:

Viribright accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the product. However, please note the following terms and conditions:

  1. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% is applicable to items under 3 feet in length.
  3. Large Item Fee: For items measuring 3 feet or larger, a fee of 25% will be assessed.
  4. Error in Shipment: In the rare event of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, Viribright will cover the cost of return shipping and either exchange the item or provide a refund promptly.
  5. Sale and Special Order Items: Not eligible for a return or refund.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

Please note that for item part numbers that start with the number 3, any claims for damages or short shipments, as well as notifications of any other issues with the product, must be made within 48 hours of the reception of the product. After this time, we may not be able to process any return or claim. We recommend that you inspect your items carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label and deduct the shipping amount from the order or the customer can bring the item to any Fedex, USPS, or UPS facility where the paid shipping can be handled. These shippers can provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
