Viribright® Limited Warranty (2-Year Standard / 5-Year DLC)

Warranty Coverage

Viribright® Lighting, Inc. (“Viribright®”) warrants to the original end-user (“Purchaser”) that its eligible LED lighting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods from the date of original purchase:

• Two (2) years for standard LED products (with manufacturing codes beginning in 6XXXXX or 7XXXXX)

• Five (5) years for DLC-qualified products (DesignLights Consortium certified)

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim, simply follow these three steps:

1. Submit Proof of Purchase
   Provide your purchase receipt or invoice (must be dated within 2 years or 5 years for DLC-qualified products).

2. Contact Us for Return Instructions
   Email support@viribright.us to receive the current return shipping address and Return Material Authorization (RMA) instructions.

3. Return and Replacement
   Send the defective product to us. Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no charge.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only when the product:

• Is properly installed and operated under Viribright’s published guidelines;

• Has an intact, legible, and unaltered manufacturing or product ID code;

• Is used in an appropriate fixture and suitable operating environment;

• Is operated within the specified temperature range of -20°C to +40°C, and control point (TC) not exceeding 85°C.

Use outside of these conditions may void the warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by:

• Improper installation, use, handling, or storage

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Electrical issues including surges, under/over-voltage, or incompatible dimming

• Use outside recommended temperature, humidity, or electrical ranges

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic fading, or lumen depreciation over time

• Acts of God, such as fire, flood, earthquake, or lightning

• Use in violation of UL, NEC, ANSI, CSA, or other applicable standards

This warranty also excludes:

• Labor costs, installation or removal expenses

• Freight, packaging, or handling fees

• Product performance affected by external devices or systems

Claim Evaluation & Final Determination

Viribright® reserves the right to inspect all returned products to determine:

• Validity of the warranty claim

• Whether the failure is due to a manufacturing defect

All evaluations are conducted at the discretion of Viribright®, and our determination is final.

If the product is deemed defective and covered, Viribright® will provide either a replacement or, if the original is unavailable, a comparable substitute product.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects. Viribright® expressly disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Viribright® shall not be liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data

• Any amount exceeding the original purchase price

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
